Our Stylist Says
I really like this set of two Cassidy small black mesh ceiling flush lights for adding a modern industrial touch to a variety of interiors. They work particularly well in contemporary, loft-style, or minimalist spaces, and their black finish makes them versatile enough to complement darker colour schemes or even contrast well in more neutral settings. Styling-wise, they’re great above kitchen islands, in hallways, or in a living room where you want to create a focal point without overwhelming the space. Practical tips include keeping the surrounding decor sleek and simple to let the mesh detailing stand out, and pairing them with filament bulbs for added vintage charm. Their compact size makes them adaptable, perfect for spaces where a subtle statement is desired.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
