Our Stylist Says
I really like this pair of glass table lamps with linen shades as they bring a modern yet understated touch to any space. The clear glass base adds a light, airy feel, making them versatile enough for both contemporary and transitional interiors. They work particularly well on sideboards, bedside tables, or console tables, especially in rooms with neutral or minimal colour schemes, as the linen shades introduce a soft, natural texture. For practical styling, try pairing them with other natural materials like wood or rattan, and keep the surrounding accents simple to let the lamps be a subtle yet stylish focal point. Their dual setup also offers great symmetry, perfect for balanced and cohesive room schemes.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
