Our Stylist Says
I really like these Betchley green pendants for their vintage-modern mix, thanks to the ribbed glass and satin brass finish. They work well in a variety of interiors, from retro-inspired schemes to more contemporary spaces that could benefit from a touch of colour and texture. They’re perfect above a kitchen island or dining table as a statement piece, especially in rooms with neutral palettes where the green can add a subtle pop of colour. Practical styling tips include pairing them with minimalist furniture to let the pendants stand out, or using multiple throughout an open-plan space for a cohesive look. Keep the surrounding decor simple to really let these standout lights do their thing.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
