Our Stylist Says
I really like this rubber mat for its durability and straightforward design, making it a practical choice for busy outdoor entrances. Its sleek, all-black look works well in contemporary and minimalist settings, but it also adds a subtle industrial touch to more traditional styles. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with bold door colours or natural greenery to create an inviting entryway. Practical tips include using it as a layered feature with a larger, decorative doormat or complementing it with matching outdoor accessories for a cohesive look. Its robust rubber construction makes it not only stylish but also highly effective at trapping dirt and moisture, which helps keep your home cleaner.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
