Description
The classic Semi lamp was designed by Claus Bonderup and Thorsten Thorup in 1968 at a time when they were greatly inspired by geometric shapes such as circles, triangles and rectangles. The Semi pendant is therefore shaped like two quarter circles put together – hence the name Semi! Available in several colors.

I’m a big fan of the semi in matte black for its clean, unfussy silhouette - it works beautifully in both contemporary and industrial-inspired rooms. The low, wide shade directs light neatly over a dining table or kitchen island, so you get focused illumination without glare.
Pair it with warm LED bulbs to soften the matte finish and accentuate natural textures such as timber or exposed brick.
