Description

The classic Semi lamp was designed by Claus Bonderup and Thorsten Thorup in 1968 at a time when they were greatly inspired by geometric shapes such as circles, triangles and rectangles. The Semi pendant is therefore shaped like two quarter circles put together – hence the name Semi! Available in several colors.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a fan of the brass Semi for its clean lines and soft sheen - it feels both modern and timeless. It sits neatly over a dining table or kitchen island, especially in schemes with natural woods, muted tones and a touch of black metal. For styling, hang it low (about 70-80 cm above your tabletop) to create a cosy pool of light, but keep it clear of eye‐line. If you have more than one, space them evenly for balance. The warm brass finish also works well with deep greens, charcoal greys or even a simple white backdrop to let the lamp stand out.
