Description

Inspired by the whimsy of Josef Frank's art, Jack Fruit & The Beanstalk rejoices in a large-scale, multicoloured floral pattern of swirling vines and tendrils on a sky-blue background. Vibrant exotic jackfruit and statement floral bursts make this 100% cotton duvet a dream. The reverse pattern is a cheeky horizontal spot motif in navy blue. Bedding sets include a matching Oxford pillowcase. Jackfruit & The Beanstalk sets come in fabric bags crafted from the same duvet cotton material for a happier planet. All over large scale multi coloured floral pattern, Horizontal dot Stripe to reverse. Finish: woven. 100% cotton. Set includes 1 duvet cover and 2 pillowcases. Bed size: double. Length 200cm, Width 200cm. Buttons for fastening. Oxford pillowcase (s). Machine washable. Suitable for tumble drying.

Our Stylist Says

I love this bedding set for its playful yet sophisticated design, which effortlessly elevates a bedroom’s colour palette. It works particularly well in eclectic or boho interiors where bold patterns and vibrant colours are embraced, but can also add a quirky touch to more neutral schemes. Practical styling tips include keeping the rest of the room minimal to let the bedspread be the focal point, or pairing it with solid-coloured cushions that pick out the shades in the fabric. Using coordinating bed linens and simple accessories will ensure a balanced look that feels inviting yet curated.

About Habitat

Founded in 1964, Habitat are a renowned brand, and a go-to destination for modern and stylish furniture and home accessories.

The Birth of Habitat

In 1964, Sir Terence Conran founded Habitat in London, aiming to bring a fresh European touch to UK home decor.

The first store, located on Fulham Road in Chelsea, became the blueprint for all Habitat stores to come. The store stood out with its distinct design, and was famously known for selling affordable pasta storage jars just as the pasta market began booming in the UK.

Rapid Expansion & Legacy

Habitat grew swiftly in the UK during the 1960s and even crossed borders with its first international store in Paris in 1973.

The brand's journey through the decades saw various mergers and acquisitions, including its integration with Sainsbury's Group in 2017.

Habitat's innovation extended beyond products; they even launched a mail-order system in 1966 and initiated the concept of flat-pack furniture in 1971.

Celebrating its rich history, the brand marked its 50th anniversary in 2014 by collaborating with past designers and commissioning a special logo.

Innovation & Collaboration

Habitat has always been at the forefront of modern design. Throughout its history, the brand has been renowned for its collaborations with acclaimed artists and designers, ensuring it consistently offers unique, limited-edition collections.

Under the umbrella of the Sainsbury's Group since 2017, Habitat continues its tradition of merging contemporary aesthetics with functional design, solidifying its reputation as a leading name in home furnishings.
