Ethically hand-made in a family-run company in Bangladesh, the Scallop Wave Runner is crafted from natural organic jute. This tactile runner features a softly undulating wave design in rich chocolate brown, edged with a whisper of baby blue for a playful yet polished finish. The neutral central panel highlights the organic weave of the jute, allowing the contrast of colour and frame the space. Jute is a naturally hard-wearing and stylishly sustainable addition to any home. As with all runner and rugs, if you wish to place on a hard floor you will need an anti-slip mat beneath, it will not only prevent slippage, but preserve the life of the rug too. The rug is dyed using natural dyes, meaning the colour can occasionally transfer onto paler floors.
