Our Stylist Says
This Savoy velvet divan is a versatile piece that brings a touch of luxe to both modern and classic interiors. I love the deep black velvet finish - it adds a sophisticated look and works well in contemporary spaces or as a statement base in more eclectic schemes. The 32" diamante headboard offers a glamorous focal point, perfect for creating a chic bedroom outlook. Practical styling tips include pairing it with crisp, neutral bedding to highlight the velvet texture, while adding metallic or glass accessories can boost the overall glam factor. The drawers add valuable storage, making it not just stylish but also functional, ideal for maximising space in smaller rooms or minimalist schemes. This bed would slot seamlessly into interiors that balance luxury with practicality.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
