Taller than standard 24 designs, it makes a grand statement. The base measures 34.5cm in height with gliders attached (30.5cm without) and is available in all standard. Our Stylist Says
I love the Saville Velvet Divan Base with the diamanté headboard-it offers a sleek, contemporary look with a touch of glamour thanks to the silver finish and the sparkle of the diamantes. It works well in modern or minimalist interiors, especially when paired with neutral tones or metallic accents. Practical styling tips include keeping your bedding simple and opting for textured or patterned cushions to add interest without cluttering the clean lines. The drawers are a real bonus for storage, making it functional for smaller bedrooms or those needing extra organisation. Overall, it’s a versatile piece that combines comfort and style effortlessly, perfect for creating a polished, hotel-inspired bedroom.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
