Description

Strong dimensional shapes create energy and impact with this artistic rug. Made of hard wearing jute with a black printed pattern, let the bold design stand out in your interior.

Our Stylist Says

I love this rug for adding texture and visual interest to a range of interiors. Its large size makes it an excellent choice for open-plan living spaces or under a dining table, where it helps ground the room. The natural jute fibres give it a warm, earthy tone that pairs beautifully with neutral palettes, but it can also act as a neutral backdrop for colourful accessories or patterned furniture. Practical styling tips include layering it with a smaller, patterned runner for a dynamic look, or pairing it with woven baskets and natural linen for a relaxed, boho vibe. Its durability makes it suitable for high-traffic areas, while its understated design ensures it complements both modern and rustic interiors seamlessly.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
