I’m a fan of the Santorini rattan set because it combines ample seating with the convenience of two built-in coolers - ideal for laid-back entertaining. The neutral grey weave and clean lines sit equally well in a coastal-inspired veranda or a more contemporary urban garden. For styling, layer in cushions and throws in pastel or earth tones to soften the look, and position an all-weather rug underneath to define the seating area. Use the cooler tables for ice-cold drinks or to stage a small grazing board, and add potted palms or succulents around the perimeter to give the space a fresh, inviting feel.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
