Description

This stunning 200 thread count tree of life bedding set is adorned with decorative patterned leaves and flowers. A large-scale design printed on 100% BCI cotton sateen, it's reminiscent of the original document housed in the Sanderson archive. The soft pink base and multicoloured florals share a summertime feel and a plain duck egg reverse provides a lovely contrasting touch. All sets contain 2x Oxford pillowcases. Bedding sizes To fit duvet/pillow size (cm) Oxford pillowcase, L75 x W50cm (excluding trim) Double duvet cover, L200 x W200cm King duvet cover, L220 x W225cm Super king duvet cover, L220 x W260cm

Our Stylist Says

I love how this duvet cover set brings a vibrant, cheerful feel to the bedroom with its lively floral pattern. It works particularly well in eclectic, boho, or cottage-style interiors, where bold prints and layered textures create a cosy yet inviting space. To style it effectively, consider keeping other bedding and accessories in more neutral tones to let the pattern stand out, and add complementary decor - such as woven baskets or natural wood accents - to enhance the relaxed vibe. It’s also great for adding a pop of colour to a neutral room or as a statement piece in a more traditional or vintage-inspired scheme. Practical tip: mix in some plain-coloured cushions or throws to balance the busy print and create a harmonious look.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
