Description

The beautifully detailed design of the Samira Rug pays homage to traditional Persian designs. Its intricate pattern is created by skilled artisans using complex hand-knotting techniques that are sustained and passed down from generation to generation. You can tell the quality of the knotting from the fact that the back of the rug is so similar in appearance to the front: this is due to the high number of knots within the rug’s structure; there are 49 knots per inch. In complementary shades of deep blue and red, it will be sure to add a focal point to your interiors.

Our Stylist Says

The Samira Rug in antique blue and red is a versatile piece that works well in both traditional and eclectic interiors. I love how its intricate pattern and colour palette add warmth and a touch of elegance to a room. It’s particularly effective in spaces like living rooms or dining areas where you want to create a cosy atmosphere. For styling, consider pairing it with neutral furniture to let the rug be the focal point, or combine it with antique wooden pieces for a more curated, vintage feel. Its durability also makes it practical for high-traffic areas, and layering with throw cushions or soft furnishings in coordinating colours can enhance its visual appeal.
