Description
A robust piece of furniture with an architectural quality provided by the bold slatted effect on the doors and angular iron legs. Our Salima Sideboard is built from a warm toned natural oak which complements the deep mocha toned finish to the iron work. Slender iron handles complete the front view, while internal shelves provide plenty of storage space. The squarer proportions give this sideboard a pleasing boxiness and a height which lends itself to styling more precious items.

I love how the Salima sits lightly in a room thanks to its elevated metal base and slimline frame, while the oak slatted doors add warmth and texture. It works equally well in a Scandi-inspired living space, a pared-back hallway or even an industrial-style dining room. To style it, keep the top surface uncluttered with just a lamp, a low-profile plant and a couple of art prints propped at the back. Inside, use uniform baskets or boxes to corral smaller items, leaving the middle shelf free for larger serving pieces or everyday crockery.
