Description

Our velvet quilts are luxurious and decadent. The quilted sage green velvet is soft to touch and showcases a cotton reverse that has been adorned with a hand-blocked print inspired by floral Indian patterns.

Our Stylist Says

The Sage Green Velvet Super King Quilt is a fantastic choice for adding colour and texture to both contemporary and traditional interiors. Its lush velvet fabric brings a sense of luxury and comfort, making it perfect for creating a cosy bedroom retreat. I love how the sage green hue pairs well with neutral palettes, layered with earthy tones or even muted pastels for a relaxed vibe. Practical styling tips include mixing it with crisp white or linen bedding and adding textured cushions or throws for visual interest. The printed reverse offers a subtle pattern detail that works well if you like to switch things up or add a pop of personality to your bed layering. Overall, it’s a versatile piece that elevates the look while remaining inviting and practical.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
