Description

Renowned for their unique gurgling sound, our Gluggle Jugs possess an endearing quirkiness. Inspired by late 19th century Staffordshire pottery, our traditional fish-shaped pitchers are a guaranteed talking point, perfect for use as a water jug, flower vase or utensil pot.

Our Stylist Says

I really like the pink and blue glazing on the sage jug; they add a playful touch that works well in eclectic or contemporary interiors. Its whimsical design makes it ideal for adding a splash of colour and character to both minimalist shelves and more vibrant, layered spaces. For practical styling, I recommend pairing the jug with simple, understated arrangements-think single stems or dried flowers-to let its quirky shape stand out, or even use it as a standalone object on a mantelpiece or sideboard for a fun focal point. Its durable ceramic build also makes it versatile enough to work as both a decorative piece or a functional vase for seasonal blooms.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
