Its compact size makes it ideal as a plant stand in a Scandi-inspired living room, a side table in a coastal cottage or a handy extra seat in a rustic farmhouse kitchen. Styling tips: perch a trailing houseplant or a stack of art books on top, or tuck it beside your favourite armchair with a folded woollen throw draped over one leg. In a bedroom it works perfectly as a minimalist bedside table, and in a hallway it can hold keys or a small tray - just keep accessories low so you can still appreciate the simple lines of the stool itself.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
