The Ruskin Flatweave Rug Black & White brings confident modern edge to your home. Its black tones and clean, considered design settle easily into both modern and classic interiors. It is woven from 100% polypropylene, so it stands up well to everyday use. At 1350 g/m² with a 8 mm pile, it feels substantial underfoot while staying easy to live with. A polypropylene backing adds stability and helps protect the floor beneath. The reversible construction lets you turn it over to even out wear and refresh the look. Weatherproof and UV resistant fibres help it hold its colour and shape outdoors as well as inside. Regular vacuuming is all it takes to keep the surface looking fresh. About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
