Description

Refresh your soft furnishings with the Ruched Faux Fur Cushion in Grey, perfect for styling on sofas, chairs, or beds to create a layered effect. Its 45x45cm size makes it easy to mix and match with other cushions for a curated look. The cool grey tone pairs beautifully with neutral or bold palettes, while the ruched texture adds a refined touch.

Our Stylist Says

I love this faux fur cushion because it adds instant cosiness and luxury to any interior. Its soft, textured grey makes it a versatile piece that works well in various settings, from contemporary to more traditional schemes. It’s perfect for layering on sofas or beds, creating that inviting, plush look. For practical styling, consider pairing it with other textured cushions or throws in complementary shades to up the cosy quotient without overwhelming the space. This cushion also works well in neutral colour schemes, but don’t shy away from using it as a statement piece in a more colourful room to add contrast and tactile interest.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
