Description

Add a touch of elegance with the Ruched Faux Fur Cushion in Cream, combining plush comfort with timeless design. Its soft faux fur and ruched detailing create a luxurious texture, while the creamy tone brightens and softens any space. Whether styled alone or layered with other cushions, this piece is a versatile addition to your home.

Our Stylist Says

I love this fluffy cushion as a versatile accent piece. Its neutral cream hue makes it easy to incorporate into a variety of colour schemes, from cosy neutrals to more vibrant palettes. The faux fur texture adds warmth and depth to beds, sofas, or armchairs, making spaces feel more inviting. Practical styling tips include pairing it with patterned cushions to create visual interest or using it as a standalone statement piece on a plain surface. It works particularly well in living rooms with a touch of luxe or in bedrooms aiming for a cosy, luxe feel. Just keep in mind that faux fur cushions like this can add a tactile element, so it’s perfect for spaces where comfort is a priority.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
