Part of a collaboration between renowned British designer Lucy Kurrein and Trentino-based design house Molinari Living, the 3-Seater Rondo Sofa celebrates the art of leatherworking and is exclusively available at The Conran Shop. Inspired by boxers’ punching bags, the Rondo sofa seats three and is upholstered with premium quality leather in a rich grey-hued brown. Resembling the form and premium thickness of a punching bag, the leather Rondo Sofa transforms the aesthetic of the sporting accessory into a contemporary masterpiece; its soft cushioning is emphasised by the black metal frame, which presses into the leather on either side, inviting you to relax into it. An homage to leather’s indulgent, subtle strength and versatility, the 3-seater Rondo Sofa is an elegant design that will develop a rich patina over time, only getting better with age. Also available in an armchair edition.
