Our Stylist Says
I really like the Romford headboard for its plush velvet finish and versatile duck egg colour, which adds a soft, calming touch to any bedroom. It works particularly well in contemporary or Scandinavian interiors, where its simple, streamlined design complements clean lines and neutral palettes. For styling, consider layering with textured bedding and cushions in contrasting tones or subtle patterns to add visual interest. Practical tips include pairing it with light wood or metal bedside tables to enhance the modern vibe, and incorporating some metallic accents or understated artwork above the headboard for a polished, balanced look. This headboard is an excellent choice for creating a cosy yet stylish bedroom focal point.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
