Our Stylist Says
I love the Romford headboard for its plush velvet finish and sumptuous blush tone-it adds warmth and sophistication to any bedroom. It's versatile enough to suit both contemporary and classic interiors, especially when paired with neutral textiles for a balanced look or matched with richer hues for a more opulent feel. Practical styling tips include layering with soft, textured cushions and cosy throws to create an inviting space. The tall, padded design makes it a statement piece, so keep the rest of the decor minimal to let it shine, or go bold with metallic accents or patterned bedding for an on-trend contrast. Overall, it’s a chic and comfortable focal point perfect for a modern bedroom update.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
