Our Stylist Says
I really like this headboard for its plush velvet finish, which adds a touch of luxe to both contemporary and traditional interiors. The blush colour is versatile, softening a room’s palette and working well with neutral tones or deeper shades for contrast. It suits bedrooms aiming for a cosy, sophisticated vibe without feeling fussy. Practical styling tips include pairing it with crisp white bedding and layered throws or cushions in textured fabrics like linen or faux fur for a layered look. It also works well as a statement piece behind minimalist bedding in lighter tones, but can also be styled with darker accents for a more dramatic effect. Its size makes it ideal for larger beds, giving a sense of grandeur, while the soft padding ensures comfort when sitting up in bed.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
