Description

I’m a fan of this black beech stool for its clean lines and contrasting rattan seat - it brings warmth without looking fussy. At 75 cm high it’s ideal for kitchen islands or breakfast bars in Scandinavian-inspired, modern farmhouse or even pared-back industrial schemes.
For styling, group them in odd numbers and keep them evenly spaced to avoid a cluttered look. Dress the seat with a slim linen pad or a simple cushion in a muted tone to echo nearby fabrics, and hang a cluster of low-hung pendants above to draw the eye. The slim frame works well in compact spaces and the footrest keeps it comfortable for longer chats.
