Description

Transform your home with the Roma Loose Fringe Throw, available in Natural and Red. This throw combines the timeless beauty of loose fringe with modern craftsmanship, ideal for any bedroom or living room. Its inviting texture and red or natural colour choices make it a statement piece in any room, measuring 130 x 150cm for ample coverage.

Our Stylist Says

I really like the Roma loose fringe throw for adding texture and a cosy touch to a variety of interiors. Its neutral, natural tone makes it versatile - perfect for both modern and traditional schemes. It works especially well layered over a plain duvet cover or bedspread, creating an inviting, relaxed look. Practical styling tips include folding it neatly at the foot of the bed for a polished appearance or draping it casually over a chair or sofa for added warmth and visual interest. Its fringed detail brings a subtle hint of texture, making it a great choice for making your space feel layered and thoughtfully styled without overpowering your existing decor.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
