Our Stylist Says
I love this one’s bold, luxurious vibe - the Richmond plush bed frame with its winged headboard adds instant sophistication to a bedroom. Its rich mustard gold colour works beautifully in both contemporary and eclectic interiors, especially when paired with neutral bedding or contrasting textiles like deep greys or blacks for a modern touch. Practical styling tips include keeping the bedding simple to let the colour and texture of the frame stand out, and adding accent cushions or throws in complementary shades for a layered look. Its substantial, solid build with a thick frame makes it a statement piece, perfect for creating a focal point in the room while still remaining versatile enough to adapt to different decor styles.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
