The courtyard of a Mediterranean town by artist Richard Macneil, mounted with a warm, metallic-effect frame. Richard Macneil is a self-taught artist who has worked in the fields of sculpture, ceramics and graphics both in the UK and internationally. He founded the Macneil Studio in 2009 with his wife and sons. He spent a long time working in the USA and one of his greatest achievements was seeing his artwork in the Oval Office in The White House. Returning to Worcestershire, England, where he was born and bred, Richard has worked on developing his unique style with a vision to create 'art that appeals to and is accessible to all'. Have you thought about wall hooks and fittings?
I love the Richard Macneil Mediterranean Courtyard print for adding a touch of warmth and character to any space. Its sizeable format makes it ideal for creating a focal point above a sofa, sideboard, or mantelpiece. This artwork works especially well in eclectic, Mediterranean, or contemporary interiors where a splash of colour and vibrancy can lift the overall aesthetic. To style it effectively, consider pairing it with neutral or earthy tones in your surrounding decor to let the print stand out. Additionally, placing it in a bright, naturally lit room adds to its Mediterranean vibe, making the colours pop and enhancing its inviting feel.
