Description

I’m a fan of these retro upholstered chairs for their clean, sculptural lines and soft bouclé fabric - they bring just the right amount of textural interest without overpowering a scheme. They work especially well in Scandi-inspired or minimalist dining rooms, where the off-white upholstery and slim black legs can tie in with pared-back wood tones and simple metal accents.
For styling, try pairing them with a light oak table and a neutral wool rug to soften the look underfoot. Add a pendant in brushed brass or matt black above the table to echo the chair legs, and introduce just one or two potted plants for a fresh splash of green. You can even use a chair at each end of your desk or dressing table for a versatile seat that doesn’t take up much visual space.
