I’m a fan of this Reece desk for its clean lines and warm oak top paired with that black metal frame - it strikes a nice balance between industrial and Scandi styles. It slots effortlessly into a home office, a spare bedroom or even a tucked-away nook, especially against a pale wall or alongside matte-finish shelving.
Styling-wise, I’d keep the surface clutter-free: a slim desk lamp on one side, a small potted plant or two for texture, and a simple tray for your essentials. In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth.
