Our Stylist Says
I really like this metal slat table for its versatile and modern look, which pairs especially well with contemporary or industrial interiors. Its clean lines make it suitable for both casual meals and more formal gatherings, and it’s practical too-easy to clean and durable for everyday use. Styling-wise, it works well paired with a mix of chairs, from sleek metal designs to cosy upholstered options, depending on the vibe you want. To add warmth, consider layering with a textured table runner or placing a centrepiece of plants or candles. This table’s neutral finish makes it adaptable across various colour schemes, making it a practical yet stylish choice for family kitchens or outdoor dining spaces.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
