Our Stylist Says
The Rayleigh bed frame in plush white velvet offers a sleek, modern look that works well in contemporary or minimalist interiors, especially those with a neutral colour palette. Its soft velvet fabric adds a touch of luxe without feeling overly formal, making it versatile across different bedroom styles. I love pairing this frame with metallic accents or bold colour cushions for added visual interest. Practical styling tips include keeping bedding light and airy to complement the white finish, and adding textured throws or cushions in contrasting fabrics to create depth. It’s a great choice for those seeking a balance between chic aesthetics and everyday comfort, especially in smaller rooms where a lighter colour palette can help make the space feel larger and brighter.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
