Seat suspension: sinuous springs. Seat cushioning: pocket spring, foam and Dacron. Seat cushioning is fixed. Back suspension: webbing. Back cushioning: foam and Dacron. Back cushioning is fixed. Arm cushioning: foam and Dacron. Back and feet are removable for ease of access. USB charging is not available on the non-reclining version of this chair. Please allow time for the recliner mechanism to ease. Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type. Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly. To smooth and straighten fixed cushions, punch the back cushion’s top two corners and the seat cushion’s outer two corners, and pinch outwards. Leather has unique marks and characteristics with variation in colour and texture. Leather softens with use. Smoothing the tops of leather cushions prevents signs of visual comfort.
