Description

Perfect for a neutral and minimalist home, our Rainier Shelf Unit beautifully combines the light tones of oak with a dark painted wood for a modern and sophisticated contrast. An asymmetrical arrangement of shelves, cubby holes and cupboards allows you to perfectly curate an arrangement of books and decorative ornaments, whilst also keeping less attractive items behind closed doors. The open shelves show off the colour of your walls beautifully, while the cubby holes add a contrast to the light oak cupboards which have slatted detailing, for a visually enticing finish.

Our Stylist Says

I’m a big fan of the Rainier shelf for its smart blend of open shelving and slatted doors, which add warmth and texture while hiding everyday clutter. The slim dark frame pairs effortlessly with modern, Scandinavian or mid-century interiors, and the ash-effect slats introduce a subtle natural tone without compromising its clean lines. To style it, alternate books and decorative objects in odd-numbered groupings, mixing vertical and horizontal stacks to keep the display dynamic. Use the slatted sections to stash papers, cables or small accessories, then finish with a few trailing plants or sculptural vases to soften the overall look.
