Description
The Qua Dror 01 end table is characterised by its superb complex and singular sculptural legs. Created from bleached ash, it consists of four identical L-shaped elements joined in such a way as to create oblique lines that intertwine in a destructured manner. Its fascinating table legs assume a different shape depending on where you stand. The legs are covered with a two-sided extra-clear soak glass. The table appears to be precariously balanced, the table top seeming to literally float in the air, defying the laws of gravity! The result is a small, elegant, ethereal table that will enrich any environment and become its main protagonist. The Horm brand on the Qua Dror 01 table: “Dror ‘fell’ upon a fascinating discovery while working on a frame composed of two intertwined surfaces: once combined, the skilfully-cut material created a new form, a new structural element that, when opened, resulted in a stable and independent triangular base. In Qua Dror 01, this same base has been added to and complemented with an extra-clear soak glass “casing”.
