Description

The premium model in Pure's popular Siesta range, the S6 is a feature-packed alarm clock with an elegant touch of luxury. DAB/DAB+ radio offers crystal clear radio reception, or you can stream your own tunes wirelessly from your smart device with Bluetooth. Dual alarms and sleep and snooze functions make sure you're refreshed and ready to face the day. With an auto-dimming ultra-clear display, and a USB charging port to keep your phone topped up, it's the ideal bedside companion. Choice of Alarms With four independent alarms, choose to be woken gently by your favourite station or a tone signal, while a touch sensitive snooze band button gives you that extra few minutes in bed. Sleep function puts the radio on standby after a set period so you can drift off without having to worry about turning it off. And the handy Siesta feature allows quick single button set-up of a short term alarm when that afternoon nap is a must. Brilliant Bluetooth Just pair up your smart device via Bluetooth to stream your music to the Siesta S6's speakers to hear your favourite tunes at your bedside through the radio's impressive sounding 2.5 full-range speaker. Crystal Clear Display An 'edgeless' design Crystal. Vue+ display gives a super-sharp view of the screen, making it easy to read from anywhere in the room. And it's brightness-adjustable (both manually and automatically) so it will always suit the environmental lighting, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. Delectable Digital With 40 presets (20 DAB & 20 FM), you can store and select your favourites in no time. DAB radio delivers crystal clear sound, scrolling text information, and easy select by the station's name. DAB+ is ready for the next expanded generation of DAB stations, while FM is still available for any stations yet to go digital. The S6 is Digital Tick approved which means it's ready to receive any future FM to digital station switch over. USB Charging A handy USB port means you can plug in your smart device to keep it topped up, recharging overnight while you do the same!

Our Stylist Says

I love the sleek, minimalist design of the Pure Siesta S6 DAB, making it versatile enough to fit seamlessly into a variety of interiors-from modern Scandinavian spaces to more traditional bedrooms. Its compact footprint means it won't clutter bedside tables, and the black finish adds a touch of sophistication. For practical styling, opt for pairing it with soft textures or matt finishes to create a calm, cohesive aesthetic. It works particularly well in subdued, neutral palettes, but also adds a modern touch to more colourful schemes. The clock's digital display is clear yet unobtrusive, making it both a functional and subtle accessory in your bedroom setup.

About John Lewis

Founded in 1864, John Lewis is a trusted and beloved brand where you can find a diverse range of furniture for every style and budget, alongside finding the perfect item that reflects your personal taste.

A Legacy of Innovation and Inclusion

John Lewis started as a small shop on London's Oxford Street in 1864. Today, it's part of a bigger family called the John Lewis Partnership, which also includes Waitrose stores.

What makes them special is that they're owned by their employees, known as 'Partners'. The idea, from the beginning, was to give everyone a say in how the business was run. With over 74,000 Partners (employees) at the heart of its operations, the essence of John Lewis's vision, from over a century ago, still echoes today being the largest employee-owned venture.

Adapting to Changing Times

Like many stores, John Lewis has had to change with the times. They've closed some shops but have grown their online business a lot, especially when more people started shopping online during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Their history is filled with key moments, like buying Peter Jones in 1905, adding Waitrose in 1937, and starting their website in 2001. They've always tried to adapt and stay relevant.

Commitment to a Greater Purpose

John Lewis believes in doing good and making the world a better place. This is seen in the way they treat their employees and customers. For example, in 2021, they were the first big UK store to give parents six months paid leave when they have a baby and two weeks paid leave if they lose a pregnancy. They've been around for over a century and always aim to do the right thing by everyone.
