Conceptualised by British designer Samuel Wilkinson exclusively for The Conran Shop, the Prop Chair in an ecru hue is an innovative reinterpretation of classic director's chairs. Named Prop after its distinctive propeller-shaped, tubular steel, powder-coated frame, the chair is expertly crafted in the Treviso region of Italy. Showcasing subtly detailed maple wood arms, the chair has been specially engineered to remove the visible support struts common in director style chairs. Accented with a 100% cotton weatherproof fabric seat in an ecru hue, the Prop Chair will make a refined addition to any indoor and outdoor space. Incredibly compact and easy to store, this chair can simply be folded away when not in use. Continuously working in the pursuit of fresh and innovative design, Samuel Wilkinson utilises his vast understanding of materials and their capabilities to achieve an exquisite finish in every piece that he creates. Care instructions: Dust with a soft brush and rinse with clear water at low pressure without the use of chemical products.
