Price History
Description
The Prado Hydraulic Bed is a budget-priced, brown faux leather bed offering exceptional value for money and maximum storage space. The clean lines of the Italian design offer a modern and sophisticated finish to any bedroom. Stitching on the headboard and footboard add a touch of detail to the solid inner frame and sprung slatted base, which raises to provide additional space for storing your belongings.
Our Stylist Says
I love this bed frame for its practical hydraulic lift mechanism, which makes it easy to access storage underneath-perfect for maximising space in smaller bedrooms. Its clean, brown finish lends itself well to both modern and traditional interiors, adding warmth and richness to the room. It works particularly well in contemporary schemes with minimalist décor, but can also complement rustic or industrial styles when paired with natural textiles and metal accents. For styling tips, keep the bed’s aesthetic centre stage by balancing with neutral bedding and layering textures like throws or cushions. Incorporating bedside units or artwork that pick up the brown tone can also create a cohesive, inviting look without overwhelming the space.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
