Our Portofino collection has a simple but pleasing design inspired by traditional Chinese cabinets and is produced by our skilled craftsmen to the highest standards using responsibly sourced wood and veneers. All cabinets are made using a combination of solid Paulownia wood and ash veneer. The solid wood parts are brushed and finished on a clear lacquer to give them an aged look that will look great in any room setting. This large TV unit has a mixture of storage and open space to house all your TV-related items together. There is plenty of space on top for your TV, in the centre below is an open space divided by a shelf creating two storage areas, and easy access for wiring is available through the open back of the unit. At either end are cupboards to hide away your games consoles or remotes, or even your snack for halftime! These attributes combined with a simple construction for easy assembly make it a great value product to be taken home today.

Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.

A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
