Description

Beautifully hand-painted, this porcelain lemon knob is the finishing touch of Sicilian style for your Mediterranean home.

Our Stylist Says

I love the lemon-inspired charm of this knob - it brings a cheerful, tactile element to any space. It works particularly well in kitchens or bathrooms where a touch of colour and personality can soften a utilitarian environment. For styling, consider using it on painted or neutral cabinetry to let the bright yellow pop, or pair it with other textured or ceramic accessories for a layered, eclectic look. Practical tip: due to its sculptural shape, it’s best showcased on larger drawer fronts or cabinet doors where it can become a focal point without being overwhelmed. This piece is a fun, unexpected detail that adds character without overpowering your interior scheme.

About Graham & Green

Founded in 1974, Graham & Green are a family business that started in Notting Hill, and have many pieces that bring touch of individuality and character to any space.

The Inception of a Lifestyle Brand

In 1974, Antonia started Graham & Green after a trip to India. She wanted to be independent and worked with traders from different countries. This led her to create the UK's first 'lifestyle' brand, bringing unique home items from places like India, Morocco, and Europe.

The first Graham & Green store opened in Notting Hill in 1974, showcasing Antonia's special collection of items from around the world. You can still visit this original store on Elgin Crescent today.

Evolution through Generations

Graham & Green has a rich history full of important moments. In 1980, they started creating hand-drawn mail-order catalogues to share their store's charm with more people.

They opened a new store in Primrose Hill in 1994, reflecting the brand's playful and free nature.

Antonia's son, Jamie, took a creative lead in 1998. Having studied at Kingston University, he began designing unique furniture collections, shifting Graham & Green from not only importing items but also creating them.

Then, in 1999, Graham & Green launched their first website, allowing people all across the UK to shop their collections online.

Milestones and Memories

Over time, Graham & Green has marked its journey with special products, like unique Birthday items with lovebird designs. After Antonia led the brand for 37 years, Jamie and Lou took over, pushing Graham & Green to grow even more.

They opened big stores in Bayswater and Bath in 2016. By 2018, Graham & Green updated their website to keep it modern and stylish for their customers.
