I’m a fan of the dark‐mango bookcase for its straight‐forward silhouette and deep brown tone. It works equally well in a modern industrial loft, a pared-back Scandinavian living room or a cosy study, grounding lighter walls and pairing nicely with black-metal or brass accents.
For styling, aim for balance: group books both upright and laid flat, mix in one or two small plants or ceramic pieces, and introduce woven baskets on the lower shelves to hide clutter. Keep most shelves at around two-thirds filled to maintain a light, organised feel.
