Description
A material in its raw state… This block of marble and its solid lines are inspired by the bases and pedestals used over the centuries to showcase works of art. With this project, the Danish designer duo pay tribute to the natural beauty of stone, enhanced by the geometric purity of the shape. This block of marble responds to several functions: sofa end table, bedside table, seat… It can also be used as a majestic pedestal for showing off your prized décor pieces: Sculptures, vases, lamps… This side table is composed of a cubic internal structure made with acacia wood and covered with panels of real marble (2cm in thickness). This hollow structure reduces the piece's weight.
