Description
In 1966, the Platner Collection captured the 'decorative, gentle, graceful' shapes that were beginning to infiltrate the design world. This Platner Ottoman, designed as the ultimate companion to the Platner Easy Chair, is finished in polished nickel, upholstered in Knoll's Rivington fabric and created by welding hundreds of curved, steel rods to circular frames, simultaneously serving a structural and decorative purpose. The gently curved Platner Ottoman is accented with Rivington fabric upholstery; Knoll's Rivington fabric is a cotton and wool-blend weave with all-over multicolour texture using space-dyed yarns, inspired by the work of visionary textile designer Bernat Klein. Featuring a clear plastic extrusion ring on its base for a smooth bottom surface, the Platner Ottoman is the perfect accessory for your Platner Easy Chair, ensuring the ultimate relaxation.
