There is a tap at that back which is placed to stop overspills of the section when in use. The extra depth of this unit houses most popular pizza ovens. Made using high spec pressure treated timber, this can be left in its natural wood colouring or painted to match your garden. We advise covering in prolonged times or rain and frost.
