Our Stylist Says
I love the pink and black talking board style of this mat - it adds a playful, slightly edgy vibe to a porch or hallway. It works particularly well in eclectic, gothic, or contemporary interiors with monochrome accents, adding personality without overwhelming the space. To style it effectively, pair it with matte black or dark coloured accessories, and consider coordinating other gothic-inspired or quirky decor pieces nearby. For practical tips, make sure it’s placed on a well-maintained, non-slip surface to get the most out of its decorative and functional qualities. It’s a fun way to greet guests while bringing a bit of charm and character to your home’s entrance.

About The Range
Humble Beginnings
In 1980, Chris Dawson set up a simple open-air market stall in Plymouth. By 1989, this entrepreneurial spirit led to the opening of the very first physical store on Billacombe Road, originally named "C.D.S. Superstores". However, in the early '90s, a rebranding took place, introducing "The Range" to the world.
Today, with a whopping 200+ stores across the UK, The Range boasts an impressive selection of over 65,000 products, spreading across 16 diverse departments, all dedicated to enhancing homes and lifestyles.
A Visionary Leader
Chris Dawson, the brain behind The Range, held the CEO position from 1989 to 2017. With a flair for business, Chris's achievements haven't gone unnoticed. He was even ranked fifth in a survey of Britain's Top 100 Entrepreneurs.
Under his leadership, The Range has not only thrived locally but has also hinted at European expansion dreams, envisioning a staggering 1,000 stores across the continent.
More Than Just Stores
You can find The Range in many places, mostly outside town centres, but also in shopping areas. Some stores have a coffee shop called "Dee Dee's", and others even have a food section from Iceland. And if you like online shopping, The Range has got you covered there too with a big online store.
