The black Phare LED Table Lamp was cleverly designed by Stanislaw Czarnocki for the prestigious lighting manufacturer Menu. Originally destined for apartment No.50 at Le Corbusier's 'Cité Radieuse' in Marseille, the lamp is designed around its user with the goal of enhancing their everyday life. The sculptural form can be used without a power outlet and even doubles as a versatile design piece when not in use. Crafted from black powder-coated aluminium with an opaque polycarbonate diffuser and integrated LED bulbs, the lamp is an atmospheric addition to gardens, living spaces and dining rooms alike. Integrated LED bulb. Please note: Whilst the Phare Lamp is suited to outside use, it is not waterproof and must not be used in damp conditions and rain.
I love this lamp for its sleek, minimalist design that brings a modern edge to a variety of interiors. Its clean black finish and geometric form make it a versatile piece-perfect for contemporary spaces, home offices, or even pared-back living rooms. It works particularly well paired with neutral or monochrome schemes, adding visual interest without overwhelming the decor. For practical styling, consider placing it on a side table or a desk to inject a touch of Scandinavian-inspired simplicity, or cluster a few on a console to create a subtle, sculptural vignette. Its understated elegance makes it a functional statement piece that complements both minimal and eclectic interiors.
