Description
A dynamic-looking light by Copenhagen-born Poul Henningsen, the PH 5 Pendant Light in a green finish was originally designed in 1958 and has since been produced by Denmark's prestigious lighting manufacturer Louis Poulsen. A new take on Henningsen's celebrated three-shade system, the PH 5 Pendant emits downward and lateral light to create a glare-free emanation. The lamp features four shades crafted from powder-coated spun aluminium in a range of green hues and is accented with rolled aluminium struts in a bronze finish. Finished with a coordinating white ceiling rose and textile cord, the PH 5 Pendant Light is a truly refined design classic. Forming a lifelong collaboration with Louis Poulsen in 1925, Poul Henningsen is renowned across the globe for his innovative and radical approach to all his creative practices. A pioneer of Danish design, Henningsen also turned his hand to journalism and architecture throughout his career. Requires: 1 x Max 75W E27 bulb (not included).
