Description

The Pei Rings LED Flush Ceiling Light features a stylish, satin brass finish perfect for adding that statement metallic pop to your interior decor. The seek design is made up of swirling rings that beautifully illuminate your home interior with their integrated LED technology. LED lighting is the perfect way of lighting your home more energy consciously - using less energy and even saving you money in the long run.

Our Stylist Says

I particularly like how this flush-fit ring light brings a sculptural feel without dominating a room - it’s sleek enough for a modern flat yet warm enough for a mid-century or transitional scheme. The satin-brass finish catches the light subtly, making it ideal for hallways, kitchens or living rooms with lower ceilings. For styling, keep surrounding finishes simple: pair it with brushed-brass handles or picture frames, and introduce natural textures like a jute rug or light oak shelving to balance the metallic sheen. Use a warm-white LED setting and minimal ceiling paint (pure white or very pale grey) so the rings remain the room’s focal point.

About BHS.com

Founded in 1928, BHS is a renowned brand that caters to various tastes and budgets. From modern to classic designs, BHS offers quality items that effortlessly elevate your decor.

Historical Roots

British Home Stores, known as BHS, was founded by a group of U.S. entrepreneurs with the goal of replicating the same success that was seen by Woolworths.

Their first store was on the streets of Brixton and the brand quickly gained popularity for its diverse offerings.

Over time, their range of products expanded to encompass not just clothing and household items, but also furniture, electronics, entertainment, and even beauty products. By the 1960's, BHS already had 94 stores across the nation!

Expansion and Evolution

BHS has always been on the cutting edge of retail trends! In the 1970s and 1980s, when indoor shopping centres were gaining popularity, BHS quickly adapted. Their collaboration with Sainsbury's led to the creation of SavaCentre hypermarkets, which offered a combined retail experience of both general merchandise and groceries.

They didn't limit themselves to the UK either. By 1985, BHS opened its doors in Gibraltar, marking its international debut. Significant milestones like the merger with Habitat and Mothercare in 1986 further shaped its success.
