* Traditional design* Great value* Hard wearing* Multiple sizes available With imitation hand-knotted effect, Parker is the perfect design to add a quality statement into your space. This soft touch polypropylene gives a hard-wearing finish, perfect for on-the-go homes. Fringe detailing paired with neutral shades helps you to capture the 'back to nature' trend in your home. Don't forget to buy our anti-slip mat[here,](https://www. dunelm. Rug pictured is 160cm x 230cm. On opening, re-roll your rug pile out and leave in a warm room for 24 hours before putting in place. This will help to reduce wrinkles and curling from packing. Use a slip-resist pad to help keep your rug in place and provide additional protection for hard floors. Before using any cleaning products on your rug, test an inconspicuous area first for colour fastness. Do not pull any loose threads, please cut carefully with scissors to remove. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as this may cause fading of some dyes. Turn your rug regularly to ensure even wear. Clean spills immediately by blotting with a clean dry white cloth - do not rub. A small amount of fibre loss is normal on a new rug. Latex is used in the making of this rug. May be carefully vacuumed using a floor or brush attachment.

Our Stylist Says

The Parker Rug in rust is a versatile piece that adds warmth and texture to a variety of interiors, from cosy cottages to modern living spaces. I love its earthy tone, which pairs beautifully with neutral or muted palettes, creating a grounded and inviting atmosphere. It works particularly well in open-plan areas or under a dining table, where it can anchor a furniture grouping. For styling, consider layering it with other textiles, like soft throws or cushions, in complementary shades to enhance its cosy appeal. Practical tip: its durable design makes it suitable for high-traffic areas, and pairing it with underfloor heating can really bring out the richness of its colour.

A Legacy of Home Comfort Dunelm's Journey

Dunelm isn't just another store; it's a British legacy. Kicked off in 1979 by the dynamic duo, Bill and Jeany Adderley, what began as a simple market stall in Leicester transformed into one of the UK's most prominent home furnishings retailers.

Fast forward a bit, and their first brick-and-mortar store sprang to life in Leicester in 1984. Dunelm didn't stop there, making waves throughout the decades, innovating and expanding, launching an online shopping experience, and securing its place on the London Stock Exchange.

With a whopping 177 stores across the UK, Dunelm isn't just about selling items; it's about crafting experiences. Many of their stores come with cosy Pausa cafes, offering a space to relax and refuel.
